RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOHN W. MILLER.
s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
:Li4t the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
hTt W. Miller to burn approximately acres of prairie grass
located on South Kimball Avenue behind 145 Blaine Road on the
edge of the city limits during March/April 2006, be and the same
is hereby approved.
