RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
c SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
r -v COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2006
EAST SIDE SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR,
CONTRACT NO. 707 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
po4Desed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
7 F::Y. 2006 East Side Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Contract No. 707,
i=n -tIe City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
'-= WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 East
S=idec Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Contract No. 707, which were
pzeliminarily approved on February 20, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA'IgLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
cOntr=act, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 East Side Sanitary Sewer
Interceptor, Contract No. 707, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
