r-, -WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
kereofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
popp,sed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
FS Y. 2006 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 705, in the
C ,ty-pf Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
apac: fications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Street
Reed 'struction Program, Contract No. 705, which were
prellminarily approved on February 20, 2006, and
-- -WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
13r 2.006.
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATEOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 Street Reconstruction Program,
contract No. 705, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
