AUTO CENTER OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR PURCHASE
OF FULL SIZE PICKUP TRUCK AND SERVICE BODY,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $36, 806. 00 .

- - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
7 That the bid of Witham Auto Center of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
c amount of $36, 806. 00, for the Purchase of Full Size Pickup Truck
mid =Service Body, described in the specifications heretofore
aspted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing on
lc published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
e-kme 'being the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
