J AND ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
r. SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 13, 2006, to provide professional
secrices at a cost not to exceed $24, 490 . 00, to prepare a
C-4 prehensive Historic Preservation Plan to set goals and
p ibrities for identification, evaluation and treatment of
historic properties within the city, by and between Thomason and
7siociates of Nashville, Tennessee, and the City of Waterloo,
T Tta�ra, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
