o - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• Et'_ the Quit Claim Deed, dated March 6, 2006, from Mary Louise
111r4it Wilder and James Wilder conveying unto the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property generally located at 520
T Mobile Street, described as follows:
F- 7 Commencing at a stake 224 feet North from the Southwest
corner of said Lot 12 and running thence North 120 feet
to the line of the Dubuque Sioux City Railroad grounds;
thence Southeast along said Railroad grounds 185. 5
feet; thence West 150 feet to place of beginning, all
in Hardy & Virden' s Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006, and approved
by the Mayor on the 15th day of March, 2006.
