- RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE
2006 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.

.v WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
pi-.Vices Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
documents, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
ete-. , for the 2006 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo,
tow , as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid documents, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
H. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
C.-bntract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are- hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
