V,THEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
3u e-r ntendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file
Tec. fications, bid documents, form of contract and preliminary
' e €ipate of cost, etc. , for the Chemical Feed System for
B-ioslids Filter Building Operations at Easton Avenue Wastewater
acuity, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
` WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
ftii4e30 said specifications, bid documents, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
SNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAT RLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
