WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
superintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
'' specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. , for the
• Purchase of Eight (8) Patrol Cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
• ate specified in the specifications, and
w WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
--pcifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. , and the
ckincil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
dbritract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2006.
