RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM DENNIS CLARK.
z BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tEat the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Dennis Clark to burn approximately one acre of prairie grass
located north and south of the pond on property located at 2204
Ashland Avenue during late March to mid-April 2006, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2006.
