BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
s That the bid of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
rtbe amount of $67, 590 . 42, for the construction of the F.Y. 2006
Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and Trail Repairs, Contract No.
- 710, described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted
byL 'this Council for said project, after public hearing on
pdlplished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted
...sublect to EDA approval, the same being the lowest bid received
-fdr-_said work.
- _ The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
-Ontract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
4pptoved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2006.
