RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO KAYSER
BACKHOE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR DEMOLITION OF
-- HOMES AT 230 GABLE STREET, 1720 LOCKE AVENUE
AND 642 WEST DONALD STREET, CONTRACT NO. 141-
`.I' D-GO-02-10-06, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11, 945 . 00 .
-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
ghat the bid of Kayser Backhoe of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $11, 945 . 00, for the construction of the Demolition of
Homes, at 230 Gable Street, 1720 Locke Avenue and 642 West Donald
Street, Contract No. 141-D-GO-02-10-06, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
