' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Kayser Backhoe of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
Demolition of Homes at 230 Gable Street, 1720 Locke Avenue and 642
West-Donald Street, Contract No. 141-D-G0-02-10-06, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the: Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 20th day of March, 2006, be
and the same is hereby approved.
