RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF SCOTCH GROVE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

• WHEREAS, on this 20th day of March, 2006, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Pel>iminary Plat of Scotch Grove Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
Gouty, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
-- — <WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
t-OE and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Pilblgramming and Zoning Commission; and
< < WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
s uld receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C1Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Scotch Grove
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
&proved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
IQtaa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
thelir signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2006.
