RESOLUTION NO. 2006-218
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, IOWA GOVERNOR' S
TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Eil,w67, the Agreement dated March 20, 2006 for an OWI Prevention
grant in the amount of $14, 500 . 00, with no required city match,
to-.be used for overtime enforcement and safety belt use, plus the
purchase of one in-car video system, by and between Iowa
Department of Public Safety, Iowa Governor' s Traffic Safety
Bureau, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
improved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of2the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2006.
