CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,

Tp.WA;, that the following described property:
A part of the Northwest 'I of Section 20-89-12,
r.. Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
< follows :
5 -~ Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Northeast
^ : Industrial Park Plat No. 3, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa; thence North 30°39' 10" East along the
Westerly line of said Lot 13 a distance of 5 . 00 feet to
the point of beginning; thence North 30°39' 10" East
H along the Westerly line of said Lot 13 a distance of
146. 49 feet; thence North 16°47' 09" West along the
CAWesterly line of Lots 13 and 12 of said Northeast
