.\\ESOLUTION NO. 2006-230
- RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH 2006 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
her t'ofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to `:Tprepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
con-tract, etc. , for 2006 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
ec: , for 2006 Right of Way Mowing, which were preliminarily
approved on March 13, 2006, and
-• WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
22, `2006, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for 2006 Right of Way Mowing, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2006.
