-) n RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH 2006
RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-230, specifications, form of
ntract, etc. , for 2006 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of
interloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
• after the hearing prescribed by statute.
c. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
ilprovements be made in accordance with said specifications .
