RESOLUTION NO. 006-232
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING, APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF EIGHT (8)
PATROL CARS.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
Sia ei..City to prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form
of-contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Eight (8) Patrol Cars, in
the-City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
-- WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
p_r'eliminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
e-tf. , for the Purchase of Eight (8) Patrol Cars, which were
preliminarily approved on March 13, 2006, and
` WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
27,- 2006, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Eight (8) Patrol
Cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day o March, 2006.
