RESOLUTION NO. 2006-234
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
- SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
- CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
_ CONJUNCTION WITH CHEMICAL FEED SYSTEM FOR
- BIOSOLIDS FILTER BUILDING OPERATIONS AT
EASTON AVENUE WASTEWATER FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
h-eretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid
doc-uments, form of contract, etc. , for Chemical Feed System for
Bios olds Filter Building Operations at Easton Avenue Wastewater
Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
di..d: file said preliminary specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. , for Chemical Feed System for Biosolids Filter
Building Operations at Easton Avenue Wastewater Facility, which
were. preliminarily approved on March 13, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
27,-, 2006, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for Chemical Feed System for Biosolids
Filter Building Operations at Easton Avenue Wastewater Facility,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2006.
