RESOLUTION NO. 2006-235
REF LUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
CH MICAL FEED SYSTEM FOR BIOSOLIDS FILTER
BC LDING OPERATIONS AT EASTON AVENUE
s WAf ^EWATER FACILITY.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-234, specifications, form of
htract, etc . , for Chemical Feed System for Biosolids Filter
Budding Operations at Easton Avenue Wastewater Facility, in the
di ty of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Cttncil after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is^ so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
znprovements be made in accordance with said specifications.
