RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ASPRO,
C v`o INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR F. Y. 2006 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 705, IN THE AMOUNT OF

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
r < That the bid of Aspro, Inc. and Its Subsidiary of Waterloo,
4, ii in the amount of $3, 057, 099. 01, for the construction of the
Y Z 2006 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 705,
Ile-se-ribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
Council for said project, after public hearing on published
Yidtice required by law, be and is hereby accepted subject to EDA
approval, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contact with the said contractor for the construction of said
r r vements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
gppved by this Council .
