RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
PREMIER RECREATION PRODUCTS OF WEST DES
MOINES, IOWA, FOR PURCHASE OF CEDAR TERRACE
PLAY EQUIPMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $37, 500 . 00 .
- nE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
- That the bid of Premier Recreation Products of West Des
Moil, Iowa, in the amount of $37, 500 . 00, for the Purchase of
Cetla;r- Terrace Play Equipment, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public
hewing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
aed, the same being the lowest bid received for said
puchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2006.
