RESOLUTION NO. 2006-241 RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF CEDAR VALLEY RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT, LLC TO REZONE FROM "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, "C-3" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND "M-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO "R-4, R-P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND TO REZONE FROM "C-3" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE 900 BLOCK OF WATER STREET, AS APRIL 17, 2006, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
