AGREEMENT WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Idiet the Pipeline Crossing Agreement dated March 27, 2006, for
aintenance and operation of an underground pipeline crossing to
c accommodate a sprinkler system for vegetation at a cost of
1,_500. 00, in conjunction with F. Y. 2006 Riverwalk Loop Trail,
C.
Contract No. 696, by and between Union Pacific Railroad, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
he Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
Qlt-y of Waterloo, Iowa.
