RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLUE
LINES MOVING AND STORAGE AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th4t the Agreement dated March 27, 2006, for moving services for
• Idward and Wanda Hedges at a cost of $18, 645 . 31, as part of the
£alitside Riverfront Housing Project, by and between Blue Lines
c Woving and Storage, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
szaie is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
bxgcute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2006.
