r �$gstion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
15a.11Oet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iouaa=Ja 5 : 30 p.m. on the 10th day of April, 2006, for the purpose
6 eeri Bering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
Ltc- I,ohn Street generally located off E. Parker Street east of
H1k-ay3, and legally described as follows :

^Marrson' s 4th Addition that lies Easterly of a line
'dawn from the Northwest corner of Lot 8 Block 2 said
<addition to a point on the South line of Lot 7 Block 3
said addition that is 20 feet Westerly of the Southeast
corner of Lot 7 Block 3 said addition, and Westerly of
a line drawn from a point on the North line of Lot 8
Block 2 said addition that is 20 feet West of the
Northeast corner of Lot 8 Block 2 to a point on the
South line of Lot 6 Block 3 said addition that is 17
feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 3 said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
