s >WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
EhiiFieer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
con4act and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006
- an Marnan Drive Paving Improvements - Penneys Street to
ka;Pote Road, Contract No. 698, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
oo specified in the specifications, and
C' - WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
s .ecsfications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
gt ,; and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
bnslidered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and '-preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
