" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

I.Qia; min the amount of $24, 199. 04, for the Demolition of Homes at
4:040- Ansborough Avenue and 4104 Ansborough Avenue, Contract No.
1 -B 0-02-24-06-VGM, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
ialp'rovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
apprvd by this Council .
