GOVERNOR' S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
- - DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Y%at the FFY 2006 Justice Assistance Grant dated April 3, 2006, in
't1- e amount of $590, 349. 00, with city' s portion of $319, 843. 00, and
-re-quired city match of $79, 961. 00, for funding of the Tri-County
' Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between Governor' s Office of
Zrlig Control Policy, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
sane is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
s.aihe in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2006.
