s = WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Manager
o ( Innformation Services, to prepare and file request for proposal
c 4i rent for Replacement of Voice Mail Systems at City Hall, Fire
'O Rescue, Leisure Services, Library and Center For The Arts, in the
' .CC v of Waterloo, Iowa, and

c WHEREAS, the Manager of Information Services has filed said
test for proposal document, and the Council of the City of
4?kterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA'F,RLOO, IOWA, that said request for proposal document, be, and
