RESOLUTION NO. 2006-283
- RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH JAMES H. SLIFE OF PIONEER GRAPHICS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t-I t the Development Agreement dated April 10, 2006, for a 9, 600
stuare foot addition to property generally located at 316 West
5t Street, with a 16-year minimum assessment of $500, 000 . 00 and
100. percent tax rebates for eight years, by and between James H.
a SJfe of Pioneer Graphics, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
tTh same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution Nos . 2004-181 and
2=0Q_4-365 be, and the same, hereby rescinded in their entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 2006.
