_ WARREN & ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF

s ^ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
twat the Agreement dated April 10, 2006, at a cost of $30, 000 . 00
Eu seek funding up to $700, 000 . 00 through the federal Office of
C-ommunity Services Discretionary Grant Program, to be used for
redevelopment of the Logan Plaza retail area, by and between
U Richard F. Warren & Associates of Annandale, Virginia, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
