c ^WHEREAS, on this 17th day of April, 2006, at a regular
c r�e:et ng of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
`° Prl'iminary Plat of Crossroads Estates Replat, Waterloo, Black
Ila1 ;County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and

„WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
c6- 4nd has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Pr amming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
receive approval of this Council .

nNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
GI Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Crossroads
&states Replat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
ereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify
and affix their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 2006.
