HEIGHTS ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

-, WHEREAS, on this 17th day of April, 2006, at a regular
ineting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
'° P- -iminary Plat of Heartland Heights Addition, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and

WHEREAS, said PreliminaryPlat has beenpreviously
submitted
nd has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
s urd receive approval of this Council .

-- <NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
GI OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Heartland
heights Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hreby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify
and affix their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 2006.
