FROST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C k t the one-year Agreement dated April 17, 2006, to lease at no
Gt approximately 20 acres of land generally located at the
o s0'- thwest corner of Bishop Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr.
Qrtve, to use for farming purposes, by and between Willard Frost
