RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
u BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
fiat the Letter of Understanding dated April 17, 2006, to
}.rchase abandoned rail line from Union Pacific Railroad at a
