— RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL 238 AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-thrat the three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement dated April
71, 2006, by and between Teamsters Local 238 of Waterloo, Iowa,

-approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
