RESOLUTION NO. 2006-334
G RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
NOTTINGHAM FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
_ ` WATERLOO, IOWA.

WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
r cedent to the final approval of Nottingham First Addition:
tha installation of sanitary sewer and services, installation of
c 'tQrm sewer, bringing the streets to grade, the installation of
er (6) inch Portland cement concrete paving and incidentals, and

' WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
aid requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Weichers Construction, Inc. has provided a two-year
Maintenance Bond for said Nottingham First Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
6ITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Nottingham
First Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2006.
