<; T SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF

x r. CONVENTION CENTER MECHANICAL UPGRADE - PHASE

Nn_ -WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
c Of.fr al/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
T specilications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc ,- for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Mechanical
U13grae - Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
iJHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
flled ' said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estte of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
IQATa,having considered the same.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
