RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 2006 VGM EXPANSION
ENTRANCE ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 704 .
> WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
• neer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
rciract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006
cVGI Expansion Entrance Road, Contract No. 704, in the City of
'v -Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

v WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
4 and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
I n idered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A,TERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
end preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
riiereby preliminarily approved.
