RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH UNION
PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
teat the Agreement dated May 1, 2006, for construction and
' maintenance of recreational trail/railroad surface crossing along
-with needed permanent right-of-way easement, in conjunction with
F.,Y. 2006 Riverwalk Loop Trail - East 6th to 18th (Vinton Street) ,
Ztract No. 696, by and between Union Pacific Railroad, and the
w arty of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
t}ye Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
W $erloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2006.
