PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 706.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
• ;r1eer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
(-1 cebritract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006
c Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 706, in the City of
erloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
;,� WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
3pec'ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
;considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.9TERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
faereby preliminarily approved.
