C SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2006
VGM EXPANSION ENTRANCE ROAD, CONTRACT NO.
704 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
(, 'heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
5jr4osed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
>IT 2006 VGM Expansion Entrance Road, Contract No. 704, in the
ktt of Waterloo, Iowa, and

ti -= - WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
ifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 VGM
2gpinsion Entrance Road, Contract No. 704, which were
preliminarily approved on April 24, 2006, and
`4' WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 8,
`3 - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
Edhtract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 VGM Expansion Entrance Road,
8htract No. 704, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
`are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2006 .
