WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W3TERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 E. San Marnan Drive Paving
Improvements - Penneys Street to LaPorte Road, Contract No. 698,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2006.
