HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

HEREAS, said Manager of Information Services did file said

:: ._WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 8,

H 440W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATOO, IOWA, that said request for proposal document for the
Replacement of Voice Mail Systems at City Hall, Fire Rescue,
Leisure Services, Library and Center For The Arts, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
