C _ SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
n CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2006 ASPHALT OVERLAY
n PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 706 .

~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
- ; i& etofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
c ,prbposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
=FYc 2006 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 706 , in the City
T 1.f7jAfaterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2006 Asphalt
pverlay Program, Contract No. 706, which were preliminarily
approved on May 1, 2006 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 15,
406 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-i1A- ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2006 Asphalt Overlay Program,
Contract No. 706, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2006 .
