That the bid of K. Cunningham Construction Co. , Inc . of
`O TCedas Falls, Iowa, in the amount of $178, 204 . 10, for the
`- construction of the F.Y. 2006 VGM Expansion Entrance Road,
Contract No. 704 , described in the plans and specifications
berittofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
eating on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
:accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
