DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
j AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION

�=_,� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Lrtt the Application dated May 15, 2006, in conjunction with
Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program grant for personnel
c costs, blood testing, education, training, rehabilitation and
eclipment to be used toward the elimination of lead paint
F,aZards, by and between U.S . Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
Yieby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2006 .
