BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated May 15, 2006,
-1 ii.& the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Hy-Vee Food Store, 306
Byron Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
t 40 the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
